CHALLENGE US

A national TVC campaign to drive sales of a new range of high quality, competitively priced kitchens. Homebase wanted to communicate the excitement its own staff have for the product, and invite consumers to challenge them on style, quality and price. Working with director Phil Hawkey, the film was shot overnight in a Homebase store using remote head cranes and a lot of coffee.

We created a ‘pre-dawn’ atmosphere with pools of moonlight, moving towards first light as super keen staff busied themselves with last minute preparations. The spot created a dramatic rise in both kitchen sales and footfall as consumers engaged with the new offer.
